Beacon Ledge Mine

The Beacon Ledge Mine was located on Scott Hill and adjoined the George Q. Cannon workings. Reports in 1884 listed milling ore as the primary output of the mine but, but quantities of copper, silver, gold, and lead were present as well. One assay reported ore worth $113 per ton. (1)
