What remains
No standing structures remain at this site. Sadly, time and the elements have taken their toll on this site.
Remains are everywhere. Structures that included a the shops, assay office, bunkhouse, superintendent's house and other smaller
out buildings can be found easily, but to call them structures these days, would be nothing less than wishful thinking.
The
portal of the mine is partly collapsed, the old timber frame about it rotting a little more with each passing year.
A
great deal of metal can be found about the area as well, everything from old bed springs to rusted pipes. At least thats the
way it was in the summer of 2005 when last visited.
