The None Such mine was located about one mile above
Modoc City and about one-half mile north of Flagstaff Hill in City Creek Canyon. (1) (The exact location of Flagstaff Hill is not known
at this time.)
Newspaper reports in August
of 1873 indicated that the mine's ore "Runs high in silver,
with a large percentage of Galena". The mine was owned by three individuals at the time of the article
in 1873, they being Smith, Davis, and McMinn. (2)
Work
continued on the property through the summer, and the vein they were chasing was reported to be widening as the shaft pushed
deeper. (3)
No images of this mine are known.
The exact location of this mine is not yet known.
